What is a Buyers Agent?
A BUYERS AGENT is a relatively new breed of real estate professional who strictly represents YOU, the BUYER. This legal distinction is important to understand because agents for the SELLER conduct the majority of today's real estate transactions. A seller's agent is contractually bound to obtain the price and terms most favorable to the selling party. That naturally puts the buyer at a significant disadvantage. We represent buyers exclusively and our sole objective is to ensure that the best interests of YOU, the buyer, are protected. Nadine and Ron are Accredited Buyers Representatives (ABR®). It is a unique accreditation that only ½ of 1 % of all Real Estate agents, nation wide, attain. It requires three days of extensive education and passage of two rigorous exams. In addition you must demonstrate that you have mastered the concepts, by providing documentation on a large number of closed real estate transactions, where the buyers’ interest was primary.

When you visit, we will set up a customized itinerary focused on personally touring you through communities and model homes that meet your requirements. We look forward to assisting you with site selection, floor plans that meet your needs, financing, and other details during the building process. As an ACCREDITED BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE®, we are the only source you need. Our goal is to satisfy you, the BUYER. We offer professional, personalized real estate services, and unbiased third party objective advice.
How much does an Accredited Buyers Representative® cost?
And now for the best news: the Accredited Buyers Representative® services are FREE to you, the prospective buyer! There are no hidden charges or obligations. How is this accomplished? All fees are paid by the Sellers in the form of previously negotiated co-broker and listing agreements. In fact, with the Cybyske Team, you get two Accredited Buyers Representatives® for the price of none!
But please remember, if you register on-line or in person with a developer, new home community, or are working with another agent, we will not be able to represent you.
